Problem with Edge + Windows

Hi,
We tried to reproduce the issue couple of times without success.
Is it possible the stream to be "broken" somehow at the moment you test it?
Or, the access to our servers to be too slow?

Our customer has a uses https and when I try to load player.
It always fails first time - After couple of tries it does work.
Here is error message on console:
